Bernard *Sold*

Description

Sometimes, I leave my paintings with their first or second coat of paint.

I might or might not pick it up again depending on my feelings towards the painting.

This is one of my unfinished old men.

His name is Bernard and he’s from North Carolina.He’s a good ol’ boy that lives in the woods and makes his own moonshine. 

He’s missing half of his front tooth from a fight he had in his 20’s and hates that he has to wear suspenders. He’s lost so much weight recently (but refused to buy new jeans) that he’s wearing suspenders just to keep them up around his waist.

I’m hoping to pick him back up when I return to the states.
